What You Will Do:

  • Manage all aspects of M&A transactions, from deal origination and due diligence to negotiation, drafting commercial contracts, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.
  • Assist and represent clients that are locally, nationally, and internationally based.


You Are a Perfect Fit if You Have:

  • A portable book of business valued at $500,000+.
  • IL licensure.


What This Opportunity Offers:

  • $210,000+ in base compensation, depending on portable book of business and experience.
  • Eligibility for profitability and business origination bonuses that can exceed $300,000+/year.
  • Hybrid work environment.
