With an emphasis on COD clients, the ideal applicant will be in charge of creating and closing sales opportunities for household relocation. We would love to speak with you if you are a driven individual who can work well in a fast-paced setting, have a track record of success in sales, and are enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service


Responsibilities of the COD Household Goods Sales Representative role include, but are not limited to:

  • Create leads and make proactive contact with possible COD home customers.
  • Provide estimates and conduct in-home or online sales consultations to determine the needs of your clients.
  • Create and offer specialized bundles of moving and relocation services.
  • Close deals and make sure all documentation and contracts are filled out correctly.
  • Create and preserve a solid rapport with customers to guarantee recurring business.
  • Work together with the operations group to guarantee smooth service provision.
  • Keep abreast of advances in the industry, rivalry, and market trends.
  • Reach and surpass sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • On a regular basis, provide updates and reports on sales activity and performance indicators.
  • Participate in trade exhibits, industry gatherings, and networking events to grow your clientele.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Solid sales experience, ideally in the moving and relocation sector.
  • Strong familiarity with the local market in Sterling, VA.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to operate autonomously and fulfill deadlines in a demanding setting.
  • strong attention to detail and organizing abilities.
  • Currently valid driver's license and availability for any necessary local trips.
