Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in the US providing a wide range of energy-related products and services to its customers, seeks an accomplished Administrative Assistant.
JOB OVERVIEW:
- TITLE: Administrative Assistant (Work Order Coordinator) JOB ID: 23-00941
- LOCATION: Onsite @ 500 Route 208, Monroe, NY 10950
- DURATION: 3 Month Contract with possible extension
- PAY RATE: $30.00/hr.
- HOURS: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm M- F
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Motivated self-starter with experience processing work orders and maintaining system assets.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot processing errors and quickly understand and master different work systems.
- Good telephone manners and ability to support field forces throughout the day.
- High school diploma required, experience in similar office work (minimum 2+ years’ experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (excel, word)
- Experience needs to be related to processing work orders.
