Job Description 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage vendor setup emails, organize vendor setup packages, and provide general administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

  • Manage vendor setup emails and reply in a timely fashion.
  • Organize and compile vendor setup packages for supervisor review.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
  • Update and maintain vendor information in current databases.
  • Maintain the filing system.
  • Assist in explaining administrative procedures and policies to co-workers, potential, and current vendors.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Demands and Exposures

  • This position works inside a climate-controlled environment.  The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.

  • Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
