Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance and support for our clients. You will also contact leads to sell all of Integrated Companies' services.


Duties:

  • Lead follow-up received from Contractors School, walk-ins, emails, and form submission
  • Call the prospect within 24 hours after receiving lead
  • Develop and deliver formal proposals
  • Grow and maintain a book of business
  • Work with Account Managers to determine appropriate action to prepare for renewal.
  • Participate in insurance renewals
  • Collaborate with clients to create and execute strategic plans that align with their objectives.
  • Collect detailed risk and underwriting information
  • Stay informed of all claims or service issues
  • Solve/coordinate miscellaneous client issues as they arise
  • Keep informed of industry developments
  • Participate in all sales meetings
  • Participate in all ARCH meetings
  • Use company systems to track work, provide notes and client activities
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience:

  • Active Property and Casualty license
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, technical skills, and project management skills
  • Ability to establish and develop client, carrier, and coworker relationships
  • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Conflict resolution and thorough investigation of claims skills
  • Ability to work independently – self-starter
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Salesforce


Salary plus commission
