Job Title: Territory Manager – SSU
Join a dynamic, mid-sized company making a meaningful impact in the women’s health sector Over the past 25 years, we've grown rapidly, expanding through acquisitions. Now, we’re taking the next step by splitting our surgical product line to focus more on innovation and growth. As a Territory Manager, you'll play a key role in managing our "SSU" product line, which includes General Surgery, ENT, Plastics, and Head & Neck products.
What You'll Do:
- Drive sales of cutting-edge surgical tools used in operating rooms.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, ASCs, and healthcare facilities.
- Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote product adoption and foster brand loyalty.
- Identify new opportunities while managing existing accounts to exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure success and growth in your territory.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor products in the women’s health and surgery fields.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the operating room setting.
- A proven track record of selling to ASCs, hospitals, and physician offices.
- Strong skills in overcoming challenges and breaking into new accounts.
- Experience working with KOLs to drive product adoption.
- A friendly, driven, and passionate approach, with a strong interest in women’s health and surgery.
- Experience with selling multiple product lines in the OR.
- A solid understanding of healthcare call points and industry trends.
