JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • FT - Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM
  • $23 per hour
  • This role is to lead the team with all production processes including receiving casting, quality control, prep plating orders, and preparing inbound and outbound transfers.
  • Prepare and send out casting/plating orders.
  • Prepare shipments of jewelry replenishment to be shipped across locations.
  • Pack and ship online orders.
  • Field customer service inquiries, finding solutions yourself or forwarding requests onto appropriate team members.
  • Ensure organization of inventory stock, including counting, sorting, labeling and regular checking that physical inventory levels are correct against digital stock.
  • Report on stock levels & track replenishment needs
  • Data analysis and tracking of inventory systems.
  • Organize daily workflow for inventory team.
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory transfers to stores and to customers.


SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • High attention to detail and ability to pivot quickly based on business needs.
  • Past customer service experience and desire to find solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organize and be efficient with time management.
  • Past experience in a leadership and inventory/operations role.
  • Jewelry Making experience is a plus.
  • Must be punctual and have reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor required.
  • Quick study and being able to work on a team.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • Experience with airtable, Shopify and experience with an inventory management system would be a bonus. Additionally, must have the desire and ability to learn the technology necessary to improve workflow, whatever that may be.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
