LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to join a growing company located in Kent, Wa. This position works closely with executive leadership in delivering all facets of talent acquisition success throughout the organization.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive the end-to-end process of the recruiting lifecycle ensuring a great candidate and manager experience
  • Build successful relationships with executives and senior management and contribute to all aspects of human capital strategies
  • Lead, develop and execute talent acquisition related projects and initiatives throughout the year
  • Mentor, coach and manage a team of highly successful and motivated recruiters
  • Use a variety of standard and specialized recruiting strategies for passive and active recruitment
  • Maintain reporting of metrics and data generation; problem solve complex issues where analysis of situations and data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors


Qualifications needed:

  • A minimum of 8 years’ of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a team
  • Significant full-cycle recruitment experience for specialized hiring needs
  • Proven ability to redefine talent acquisition practices, processes and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
  • Ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with business leaders
  • Strong change management skills, ability to influence, direct and communicate change
  • Knowledge of enterprise-wide HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems and proven experience working in a results measured environment
  • Well established recruitment network and utilizes the network effectively to meet required staffing metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and proven client service management
