Job Scope:

The Business Development Manager will need expertise in cell line construction and pharmacology studies within the realm of immune-oncology research, antibody discovery, and associated services to foster and pursue relevant business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategy: Develop effective sales plans and strategies based on market demand and company goals to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

 

Achieve sales targets: Responsible for achieving the company's sales targets by actively engaging in sales activities and customer expansion efforts to ensure sustained sales growth.

 

Expand customer base: Actively seek new customer opportunities, conduct market research and expansion activities, establish and expand customer networks to increase the market share of company products.

 

Maintain customer relationships: Establish long-term cooperative relationships with customers, understand customer needs, and provide customized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and promote customer loyalty.

 

Market analysis and feedback: Gain in-depth understanding of industry market dynamics and competitive situation, collect market feedback and customer needs, and provide timely market intelligence and suggestions to the company.

 

Team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service teams, to collectively drive product sales and market promotion efforts.

 

After-sales service: Provide high-quality after-sales service, resolve customer issues and complaints, and ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

 

Master /PhD degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred.

Three or more years of sales experience in biopharmaceutical products in USA, with experience in team management preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and manage customer relationships.

Positive attitude and team spirit, with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
