We have a technology company in Manhattan, NY seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support their organization.


This position is ONLY temporary and would be covering a maternity leave.


Ideal start date is June 1st and the position would go through late Oct/early Nov.


Hybrid onsite 3-days a week (every other week)--so 6 days a month


Remote work is allowed for the rest of the hours.


Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a CEO, along with advanced Microsoft office skills


Pay is $30-$40/hr


Duties will include but are not limited to:


  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Coordinating all domestic and international travel
  • Preparing for management meetings
  • Composing and distributing of presentations, reports and mailings
  • Processing expense reports and internal documents
  • Contributing to group projects and taking charge of additional duties as assigned
  • Assisting management in the preparation and set-up for Board Meetings
  • Create spreadsheets and reports on MS Excel
  • Back-up for office manager when needed


Qualifications:


  • Degree and 6+ years of administrative experience, experience directly supporting a "C" level for the past 5+ years
  • Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and with minimal direction
  • Able to perform duties with a high level of confidentiality and discretion and can be trusted with sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can work well with different personalities in the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and can edit work for spelling and grammar
  • Extremely organized and conscientious
  • Strong sense of urgency and can work longer hours when necessary
  • Experience with Google Apps and Gmail for calendaring
