Position Overview
As the Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving revenue for our Cloud Expense, BPM, Contact Center Software, and TEM solutions. You will lead efforts to identify and close new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented sales leader with experience securing large, enterprise-level deals and a deep understanding of technology expense management, business process automation, and contact center technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Cloud Expense, BPM, Contact Center Software, and TEM product offerings, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Engage with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT, finance, procurement, and customer service leaders, to promote our solutions.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, using direct outreach, partnerships, and networking to generate leads.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closing, ensuring exceptional customer experience and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to tailor solutions and strategies to meet client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in TEM, Cloud Expense, BPM, and Contact Center Software.
- Provide regular sales performance reports to senior leadership, tracking key metrics such as pipeline status, forecasted deals, and sales performance.
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven focus on IT Software sales, Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Cloud Expense, Business Process Management (BPM), and Contact Center Software.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to manage and close complex deals with large enterprises.
- In-depth knowledge of contact center technologies, telecom and cloud cost management, and enterprise-level software solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- Capable of managing multiple high-priority deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure and contact center solutions (e.g., AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9, Avaya).
- Understanding of telecom regulations and cloud computing trends.
- Familiarity with SaaS models and enterprise procurement processes.
- Prior experience selling to Fortune 500/1000 companies.
