Executive Assistant

SEARCH Group Partners is seeking an Executive Assistant for one of our clients located in Lehi, UT.
The Executive Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, meeting preparations, setting follow-up tasks, making travel arrangements, event planning, and more.
Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Perform meeting preparation including scheduling and agenda creation as well as meeting follow-up tasks
- Create financial reports in Microsoft Excel
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings and coordinate follow-up tasks
- Assist with planning team events and contributing to client relations by facilitating client gifts
Here's what you need to have…
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Quick learner and strong computer skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
