Our client, one of America's fastest growing private companies, is seeking a Client Services/Operations Specialist in Philadelphia for their RIA firm.


Job Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Paperwork and service-related responsibilities
  • Input and maintain CRM system
  • Execute advisor’s requests including money movement, trades, etc.
  • Assist with business operations including technology, data integrity, and licensing/contracting
  • Handle updates on pending items making sure standard processing times are being met
  • Communicate with the advisory staff, team members, and custodians/carriers...missing information, resolve NIGOs, accounts and services requests updates


Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in core Microsoft Office Systems
  • Manage own workflow and priorities, with ability to take on unexpected requests from clients, Advisors, etc.


Education & Experience:

  • Degree in business, finance, or similar OR three years of equivalent experience in the financial services industry
  • Insurance (Life & Annuity) experience preferred but not required
  • Investment experience preferred but not required
