Client Services Specialist

Our client, one of America's fastest growing private companies, is seeking a Client Services/Operations Specialist in Philadelphia for their RIA firm.
Job Responsibilities
- Onboarding Paperwork and service-related responsibilities
- Input and maintain CRM system
- Execute advisor’s requests including money movement, trades, etc.
- Assist with business operations including technology, data integrity, and licensing/contracting
- Handle updates on pending items making sure standard processing times are being met
- Communicate with the advisory staff, team members, and custodians/carriers...missing information, resolve NIGOs, accounts and services requests updates
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in core Microsoft Office Systems
- Manage own workflow and priorities, with ability to take on unexpected requests from clients, Advisors, etc.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in business, finance, or similar OR three years of equivalent experience in the financial services industry
- Insurance (Life & Annuity) experience preferred but not required
- Investment experience preferred but not required
