Key Responsibilities

  • Process and post incoming payments
  • Generate and send invoices to customers
  • Communicate with customers regarding account balances
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
