  • Active DoD Secret clearance, DHS suitability, or TSA suitability for USSS contracts in Maryland.
  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry with a strong background in managing active construction sites.
  • Proven track record of hiring and managing contractors and subcontractors effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects valued over $20 million.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Hire, train, and supervise contractors and subcontractors, maintaining a high level of performance and adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and project-specific requirements.


The current project you will be supporting is a 5-year renovation project.
