Construction Project Manager

Our client has been a trusted partner to federal agencies since 2006. They are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead the development and enhancement of critical infrastructure at a federal training facility. This role will oversee project planning, design, and construction efforts focused on roadways, buildings, and other essential structures. The ideal candidate will manage project resources, schedules, and client expectations, ensuring timely and secure delivery in a highly sensitive environment.

Focus:


  • Oversee the design, construction, and improvement of training facilities, including infrastructure such as roads and buildings.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-schedule and within-budget project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal line managers, client representatives, and executive leadership to ensure project alignment and excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any emerging needs or challenges.


Skill Set:


  • Proven experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus on civil engineering and government projects.
  • Must hold a Secret Security Clearance (company-held).
  • No Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
