Job Summary:
A challenging opportunity exists for a Sr. Construction Cost Estimator at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL).

In this role, you will be responsible for developing project work breakdown structures, calculating complete scope of work take-offs, applying construction means and methods, performing constructability reviews, and calculating total project costs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with 5+ years of related estimating experience. Strong written, oral, and presentation skills are essential, as well as proficiency in estimating software such as CostWorks, Timberline, and MII Estimating systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $220,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including retirement plans, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, education assistance, and training and development.
