Financial Controller for Construction Projects

Arya Civil, LLC is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to manage our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Controller. The successful candidate will have experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for managing all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all accounting transactions, including A/P, A/R, and payroll.
- Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks and Procore.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Assist with tax preparation and audits.
- Collaborate with project managers to track job costs and profitability.
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Procore is a must.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
