Location: Englewood, NJ
LHH is working with an exciting client in the Beauty Industry. This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Specialist at our client's location in Englewood, NJ. As a B2B Sales Specialist, reporting to the Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, marketing creativity, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Support lead generation efforts through market research, prospecting, and networking activities.
- Engage in marketing activities to draw customers and promote products effectively.
- Ensure day-to-day Ordering/Shipping/Billing (OSB) processes seamlessly support sales generation.
- Assist in analyzing sales and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for sales and marketing, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in business to business sales such as Internships
