Join Diamond Braces as a Strategic Partnership Specialist and take on the exciting opportunity to expand our brand presence and foster collaborative relationships within the dental community. This role involves traveling across the NY-Metro area to establish and nurture partnerships with dental schools and offices, promoting B2B marketing initiatives, and enhancing our orthodontic brand among dental providers and students. This role required a strong focus on relationship building and previous sales or relationship management experience.

This role will be Hybrid in our Englewood, NJ office. Candidates will be required to travel extensively throughout the Tri-State area as needed.

Essential Functions
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with dental schools and dental offices to promote the Diamond Braces brand and orthodontic services
  • Utilize previous sales or relationship building experience to identify partnership opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership to develop tailored B2B marketing strategies and materials targeting dental providers and students
  • Plan and execute engaging presentations and workshops to showcase our services and foster engagement with key stakeholders
  • Attend networking events to engage and develop industry relationships and expand brand presence
  • Service as a dedicated point of contact for partner institutions, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive partnership experience
  • Continuously assess partnership performance and identify areas for improvement, leveraging feedback to enhance strategies and initiatives
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership activities and drive data-driven decision making
  • Cultivate relationships with Diamond Braces offices to understand local business needs
  • Develop collaborative discount initiatives with dental practices to facilitate reciprocal referrals and partnerships
