Content Marketing Manager

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that is aligned with overall marketing and business objectives
Identify target audience personas and tailor content to their needs, pain points, and preferences
Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure content is relevant and competitive
Submit Netgain for company awards, speaking engagements, and bylines to improve brand recognition
Manage third-party review sites
Produce high-quality, engaging, and educational content across various formats, including blog posts, white papers, eBooks, videos, webinars, and infographics
Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather insights and create compelling content
Optimize content for SEO to increase organic visibility and drive traffic, managing SEO agency to achieve goals
Build email programs that nurture prospects and improve the velocity of the sales cycle and win rates
Write webpages and landing pages to improve engagement and website conversion
Develop a distribution plan to maximize the reach and impact of content through various channels, working closely with marketing team members
Utilize paid promotion strategies to amplify content to target audience
Monitor and analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all content channels
Collaborate with marketing team to align content with broader branding and messaging initiatives
Uphold and enhance Netgain’s reputation as a thought leader in the B2B accounting software space
Create content that supports lead generation and conversion goals
Develop content for landing pages, email campaigns, and other lead nurture initiatives
Measure and optimize content performance in the context of the sales funnel
Collaboration and cross-functional support
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align content with their specific needs and goals
Provide content support for product launches, events, and other key initiatives
Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging

Requirements
• 3+ years of proven experience as a content marketing manager in B2B SaaS or tech industry

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEMrush a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field
• Portfolio of successful content marketing campaigns and projects
