Workday Senior HRIS Analyst - $130,000 + Bonus - Onsite (Houston, TX)

Hale International is partnering with a distinguished organization that is looking to hire a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to build out their Workday team.

This crucial role entails close collaboration with various departments and analysts within the HRIS team to maintain a high-performing Workday system.


Responsibilities include:


  • Gathering requirements and delivering solutions to Senior Stakeholders and relevant HR/IT departments.
  • Ensuring HCM Modules are continuously optimized, evaluating and improving processes for efficiency and outstanding user experience.
  • Staying informed about updates and developments within the HCM suite to maintain a modern and streamlined tenant.
  • Creating and enhancing complex reports to obtain accurate data that supports overall efficiency and optimization.


Must-haves:


  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience, particularly in design and configuration within Core HCM.
  • Strong report writing abilities, including creating and editing Advanced and Matrix reports.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Understanding of Workday Security.
