Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee and expand multi-disciplinary water and wastewater projects, including treatment facilities, pumping systems, and large-scale conveyance networks. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial drive and a vision for regional growth, supported by a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct water and wastewater projects, from design through completion.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and drive new business opportunities.
  • Mentor staff and contribute to strategic business planning and vision.
  • Ensure project profitability and guide team members toward successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering and utility water project management.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
  • Established relationships with local agencies and a strong network in the water industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
