Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Recruiting Specialist at Suntec Concrete, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our workforce. Collaborate with field and office leaders to identify current and future staffing needs across projects and initiatives. Design and implement efficient hiring strategies while leveraging performance metrics to evaluate and elevate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Your focus will be on building a robust talent pipeline, ensuring that Suntec Concrete continues to lead the industry's most talented teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with field and office leaders with enthusiasm and a results-oriented mindset to assess staffing needs and develop innovative, targeted recruitment plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute creative and innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top-tier talent in the concrete industry, positioning Suntec as an employer of choice through impactful employer branding strategies.
  • Conduct thorough pre-screening with a charismatic and engaging style to evaluate candidates’ work history, experience, and alignment with role requirements and company culture, ensuring hires align with objectives.
  • Utilize data and assessment tools to align hiring practices with organizational goals, ensuring cultural fit and high performance while continuously refining strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain and actively manage an up-to-date candidate database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking progress through the hiring pipeline and building a ready pool of qualified talent to meet hiring goals efficiently.
  • Schedule new hires for Orientation and ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation.
  • Lead orientation sessions with charisma and energy, introducing Suntec Concrete’s mission, core principles, culture, and safety protocols while ensuring new hires feel engaged and valued.
  • Participate in adult career fairs, high school events, and college internship fairs to attract diverse talent and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Oversee office-level recruiting efforts with a goal-driven approach, developing strategies that not only align with industry standards but also contribute to long-term business objectives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Suntec's core principles with passion, while using marketing-driven tactics to foster a collaborative, accountable work environment that encourages an ESOP mindset focused on ownership, teamwork, and sustained company success.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, reflecting our commitment to serving a diverse workforce.
  • Proven ability to work independently, engage with candidates and hiring managers, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at conveying information clearly and building professional relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a quick adaptability to learn new recruitment technologies.
  • Exemplary organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
