HR and Procurement Analyst 

Summary: 
Our client, best known for their plumbing products including showers, sinks, and toilets, is seeking an experienced HR and Procurement Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, Analytics, Procurement, and/or Benefits, with a strong proficiency in Excel. This role will involve diverse responsibilities including Benefit Administration, Billing and Invoicing, Contract and Plan Document Review, Communications, Procurement Administration and Management, and Project Management. This candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.


Location: Milwaukee, WI

Schedule: Remote or Hybrid (Wisconsin-based candidates preferred)

Work Hours: Flexible, varying based on workload


Responsibilities:
  • Manage Benefit Administration including Billing, Invoicing, Contract and plan document review
  • Manage Procurement Administration and Management including Purchase Order creation and invoice management for Benefits, Relocation, Mobility, Recruitment, etc.
  • Maintain mobility case log and documentation
  • Submit forms through online portal for new Graebel cases (domestic and global relocation)
  • Review terminations 
  • Print and scan documents
  • Project Management ??? Coordination of project plans, global meetings, follow-up items, and documentation of actions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields; or equivalent experience 
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, Analytics, Procurement, or Benefits
  • Proficient in Excel
  • SAP experience preferred

  • All W2 Employees who work an average of 30+ hours per week at CRG are offered the following benefits options

  • We also offer a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) along with a Health Savings Account (HSA) with our medical plan. CRG matches the first $500 of the HSA contributions.
  • CRG offers a 401K plan, with open enrollment quarterly (January, April, July, and October) after working at CRG for 90 days.
  • CRG matches 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions to the 401K plan, plus 50% for the next 2% of contributions
