We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. This position is responsible for maximizing the alignment of technology with Rite-Hite's Human Resources goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility of actionable data through effective administration and education of the HRIS system.
  • Collaborate with HR functional experts to review, test, and implement desired system features.
  • Research and resolve HRIS problems and unexpected results, recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Generate reports and queries as needed, assisting in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Ensure new users have required training and system access, maintaining data integrity through thorough testing and audit processes.
  • Troubleshoot systems as required to identify root cause and implement solutions, ensuring compliance with laws as they relate to HR data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, and/or Human Resources or any related degree with some specialization in computer-related experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with global HR applications, preferably including system implementation.
  • Experience with Workday required.
  • Proficient in utilizing business software applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills.
