Are you a creative mind with a keen eye for detail and a passion for designing exceptional living spaces? We are looking for a dedicated and talented Architectural Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing innovative designs for custom, luxury homes. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from initial concept through to completion, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. This is a permanent position, offering the chance to utilize and enhance your skills in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with our team to develop architectural designs for custom, luxury homes.
2. Create detailed architectural drawings, both by hand and using specialized software such as AutoCAD, Revit and SoftPlan.
3. Develop 3D models to help clients visualize the finished product.
4. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure their satisfaction with the final design.
5. Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in architectural design and construction technology.
7. Participate in project meetings and presentations, providing expert advice and guidance as required.
8. Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within the residential sector.
2. Proficiency in drafting, 3D modeling, and using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SoftPlan.
3. Demonstrated experience in designing custom and luxury homes.
4. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
5. A degree in Architecture or a related field.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to design challenges.
8. A keen eye for detail, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
9. Knowledge of interior design and space planning principles.
10. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards.
11. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
