Architectural Project Leader Overview:
As an Architectural Project Leader, you will oversee and coordinate the architectural elements of interior building systems, ensuring technical accuracy and collaborative effectiveness within the project team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Interior Systems Oversight:
Manage all aspects of the building's interior systems, ensuring structural soundness and design quality.

Detailed Drafting:
Create detailed building sections, comprehensive wall plans, and accurate elevations.

Collaborative Teamwork:
Promote a cooperative atmosphere to effectively integrate architectural components.

Advanced 3D Design:
Utilize cutting-edge tools such as Revit to develop innovative design proposals.

Compliance Assurance:
Perform thorough evaluations of building regulations to ensure adherence.

Project Management:
Participate in construction oversight, including attending essential meetings, reviewing technical drawings, and documenting project developments.

Sustainability Focus:
Strive for ambitious sustainability goals, targeting Net Zero and LEED Gold standards, in alignment with industry commitments.

Essential Skills:
Proficient in architectural practices, particularly in educational facilities, with expertise in Revit.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, AutoCAD, and architectural design principles.
Experienced in construction oversight, project coordination, and managing public sector projects.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper, and InDesign.
Knowledgeable in MEP coordination, schematic design, 3D modeling, LEED certification processes, and building envelope optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:
Solid background in architecture, especially in educational project design and Revit usage.

Education & Experience:
A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture is essential.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience is required.
Previous involvement in K-12, higher education, and public sector projects is highly valued.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiar with design software such as Revit, Adobe Suite, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper, and InDesign.
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D visualization tools.
Capable of maintaining thorough records of all project-related documents and communications.

Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with team members, clients, community stakeholders, and external consultants.
Competent in managing multiple concurrent projects and leading project teams.
Proven ability in project leadership and management.

Experience Level:
This role is designed for an individual at an intermediate stage in their career.
