Energy Efficiency Specialist

TRC Companies is seeking a highly skilled Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team in Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with small businesses and organizations to deliver a large electric and gas utility energy efficiency program throughout the State of Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement energy efficiency programs for commercial properties
  • Collaborate with existing contractor network to support customer project bid acquisition
  • Work with operations and project coordination staff to populate CRM database to provide accurate project forecasting, market knowledge, customer information, and project documentation
  • Present program information to a wide variety of customers and audiences with varying understanding of energy efficiency knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish verbally and in writing
  • Cultural competence in understanding the Latinx community
  • 2+ years proven experience in sales, account management, marketing, project management, and/or with utilities or energy contracting firms
  • Knowledge and familiarity of energy efficiency building improvements and sustainable building practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the ability to learn and operate TRC/client designed customer relationships management (CRM) systems
