In this role you will use your knowledge of software development, platform integration, and cloud computing develop a diverse suite of applications that support Sales Performance and Analytics platforms. You will be a member of our team collaborating with product management, architecture, engineering, and technology partners to innovate, design, and deliver highly scalable applications and platforms using Agile methodologies.
The Purpose of Your Role
As a member of the team, you’ll be contributing to the development of key performance indicators and performance metrics for our sales associates and leaders while empowering them with insights that can improve effectiveness and overall success.  You’ll bring together data from a variety of sources and transform it into meaningful information.  You’ll be working in a hands-on setting in our enterprise business intelligence environment to assess information for over 15000 Fidelity retail branch office and phone center representatives across the United States.
The Expertise and Skills you bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
  • 8+ years of full stack development experience with architecting, designing, developing, maintaining multi-tier applications and datamarts.
  • Hands on experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Snowflake, Oracle, RDS Postgres, DynamoDB and Redshift.
  • Strong expertise with the following desired skills: Python, SQL, Shell, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Javascript, NodeJs and Test and Deployment technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with API design & development, AWS (Cloud) Development/Migration, Data Design, Batch Processing, Workflow/Process Automation and UI
  • Cloud skills working with AWS EKS/ECS and AWS handled solutions such as Lambda, SQS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch and IAM roles/policies.
  • Proficiency in building data engineering pipelines.
  • Strong CI/CD skills including full scale security and quality testing, build and deployment automation.
  • Data visualization and ability to synthesize data for actionable business insights using tools, Tableau, OBIEE, CRM Analytics, Power BI, Alteryx, Airflow and Snaplogic
  • Experience in building application in Salesforce using force.com, lightning, aura.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and preparation skills and the ability to run with multiple tasks at a given time.
  • Proficient with Agile methodologies
  • Experience leading various initiatives in support of evolving and growing the Technical Chapter and Chapter Area

  • Investigate creative practices and share them with your teams.
  • You’ll work directly with internal business partners, leaders, analysts, and technical staff to translate complex information requirements into effective reporting solutions.
