Small photography company hiring office administrative position to help with various office tasks.
Our office is in-office two days a week minimum, but staff is able to come in as much as they'd like beyond that.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone responsibilities of incoming phone calls
- Manage invoicing and handle accounts receivable with customers
- Troubleshoot issues with customer's orders
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- High level of comfort calling customers over the phone
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Most importantly: ability to solve problems and handle variations in customer service situations
