SalesAgency is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to help us grow our Lead Generation and Data Sales program. This newer division has been generating hundreds of thousands of new leads every month and has access to proprietary intent based user data we are looking to wholesale or sell directly to larger affiliate mailers or B2B clients. We are looking for a self motivated producer that has several years experience selling leads or data and can bring a book of business with them.

If you are interested in a job where you punch a clock, make your calls, try to hit quota and hang it up for the day, this position is not for you. This is an exciting opportunity to get in near the ground floor of a division of a company with great resources and talent. You will be able to help identify target markets, solidify sales processes, and grow the sales team. This division is part of a network of companies focused on advertising and sales in several markets, so you will have access to our existing team of internal and external Sales Development Representatives, Sales Leaders, Copywriters, technology and more to grow the sales pipeline.

This position is remote, but most of our team and office is in the Central Florida area. Some travel may be required for team meetings, client meetings, and trade shows.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Identify target markets and ideal client profiles based on available data and lead volume
  • Work with SDR team to build lists of people/companies that fit those profiles
  • Work to penetrate those companies and develop sales opportunities
  • Perform sales demonstrations to assess prospect needs and showcase how the company’s offerings can help meet those needs.
  • Work prospects down a sales pipeline with the ultimate goal of closing deals.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to grow monthly orders.
  • Attend trade shows as both an exhibitor and attendee to promote the company, meet with clients, and find new opportunities
  • Work with Sales Leaders to develop scripts and define sales processes
  • Using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to manage interactions

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Several years experience selling leads, lead generation services or data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Three years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but can substitute with relevant experience and verifiable sales results
