As an Accounting Manager, you will bring your expertise and enthusiasm to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Summary:

Oversee all aspects of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulations Prepare and analyze financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor department budgets Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax professionals Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insightful recommendations to the executive team Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance and optimize financial processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field One year of accounting experience in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Experience with financial reporting and analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with accounting software and systems, such as QuickBooks and Oracle Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
