** Job Summary :**
The Director of Dining Services in the healthcare industry is responsible for developing and executing culinary strategies to exceed customer expectations within a Senior Living Community. This role involves overseeing and managing culinary and financial operations to meet service, production, and presentation standards. The Director of Dining Services must apply culinary techniques to food preparation and manage the final presentation and service of food. Additionally, responsibilities include client relationship management and overseeing the development of an hourly staff.

** Salary $85,000**

** Qualifications: **
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in culinary management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
- Knowledge of menu development, food preparation techniques, and cost control measures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee catering operations.
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and inventory control.
- Experience in staff management, recruitment, and training.

** Responsibilities :**
- Manage menu creation, cost control, and quality standards for all food products.
- Oversee all aspects of food production, execution, and presentation.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure efficient purchasing practices.
- Establish production schedules and staff requirements to ensure timely service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
- Manage client relationships to enhance satisfaction and account retention.
- Monitor department financials, analyze recipes for pricing, and manage inventory.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation and customer service.
