The Controller is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, cost accounting, financial analysis, accounts payable, providing oversight to the accounts receivables, managing the financial accounting/close and reporting process, completing tax packages, negotiate with vendors, bank reconciliations, and miscellaneous requests either from Corporate or the Institute for fiscal analysis and information. QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required. Master’s degree preferred.Experience:
Minimum 5 years of proven healthcare finance experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management capacity. Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.Certification(s):
Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred.Computer/Software Programs:
