We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our NAM sales team. in USA (Houston, TX or remote)

Your challenge 

What you’ll do  

Prospecting outreach:

Initiate contact with potential clients by employing strategies such as cold calling (making 40+ calls daily) and other prospecting techniques to meet daily activity quotas and achieve overall lead generation objectives.

Process and tools enhancement:

Develop an in-depth understanding of our internal processes and leverage CRM tools to focus your prospecting efforts on specific geographic territories and industry verticals.  Identify opportunities for refining demand generation efforts and improving sales techniques, offering valuable recommendations to enhance our approach.  This includes diligently tracking all activities within our CRM system.

Lead qualification:

Collaborative sales support:

Work closely with the sales team to accelerate the search for new customers and expand our presence within the NAM region.

Account profiling:

Create comprehensive profiles of prospective accounts, including organizational structures, key personnel, and existing technology, to better align our sales strategies.

Market awareness:

Stay current with customer applications, competitive product distinctions, and social media/collaboration strategies to effectively engage and sell to potential clients.

Goal achievement:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline goals, as well as specific team objectives.

Adhere to sales policies and procedures:

Comprehend and uphold company sales policies and procedures, offering effective and ethical service to all customers, and contributing to the cultivation of enduring business relationships.

What you bring along 

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Commerce, or a related field is a mandatory requirement.

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in inside sales is essential.

  • Previous experience within a SaaS software company is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with Industrial Automation software or high-tech business applications is a valuable asset.

  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.

  • Experience in utilizing demand generation tools, such as HubSpot, RollWorks, and Salesforce, is a plus.

  • Possesses an outgoing personality and exceptional phone and social media communication skills.

  • Proven ability to establish professional rapport, engage prospects in meaningful conversations about their challenges, and address initial inquiries and objections with confidence and professionalism.

  • Capable of effectively communicating with company executives responsible for making business decisions.

  • Skilled in navigating large organizations to identify decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Strong command of grammar and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Exceptional organizational skills.

  • Quick learner who can rapidly grasp processes, systems, industries, products, and company-specific information.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office and web meeting tools.
