We are seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our Project Controls team in Miami, FL

How will you contribute to the team?

Develops and updates summary level as well as detailed schedules. Identifies major milestones, critical approvals, and long lead procurement items. Determines reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussions with task owners and/or teams. Develops realistic activity durations based on production rates and available manpower based on discussions with task owners and/or teams. Assigns resources (cost, labor, or material) to activities and develops cash flow reports and resource histograms. Evaluates critical and near critical path activity sequences. Identifies schedule changes and trends. Develop earned value reports. Suggests corrective actions and/or develop recovery plans when delays are anticipated or occur. Conduct schedule reviews of contractor schedules for baseline approvals and review monthly updates. Strong understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) concepts and calculations and earned value concepts. Experience in claims and Time impact analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

What will you contribute?   

Bachelor degree in engineering, Construction Management or related discipline plus four years of relevant experience OR minimum of 7 years experience in project planning and scheduling. Experience in Primavera and MS Project required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, mainly in Excel and Word for analysis and generating reports.
