Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Generate new business by reaching out to potential customers through various methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media
- Maintain relationships with current customers by following up regularly and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Schedule and confirm appointments for test drives and vehicle purchases
- Utilize dealership software and tools to track and manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for increasing sales and promoting special offers
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs and concerns

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, current sales license a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mentality
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with dealership software and systems
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
