About the Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests from arrival to departure.
  • Greet new arrivals and provide support in crisis situations.
  • Sell ski passes, equipment, and tuition to match guests' needs.
  • Promote the Crystal Ski Explorer App to provide up-to-date information to guests.

Requirements

  • EU passport and willingness to relocate for the season.
  • Fluent in English, additional European languages a plus.
  • Experience or interest in skiing and winter outdoor life.
  • Digital know-how and willingness to learn about Crystal Ski products.
