Weare looking for energetic experienced and goaloriented BusinessDevelopment Manager with vast experience in client relationshipmanagement to join our company.

Theprimary function is to bring in new clients and build repeatbusiness opportunities with existing ones. Managing key accountsand ensuing strong relationship with them to ensure continuingbusiness will be a key responsibility. The candidate is alsoexpected to provide excellent customer service identify potentialissues and propose solutions for clients before they areraised.

Responsibilities
BusinessDevelopment
  • Can generatenew client leads from given database; fix appointments withprospective customers; comply with Company s policies throughoutthe sales cycle.
  • Presents companycore competencies to prospective clients; understand companycapabilities and service to be able to effectively achieve assignedbusiness sales targets.
  • Putstogether Requests ofProposals
  • Reports to departmentmanagement by providing regular feedback on sales call reports on aweekly basis; ensures business targets are met and develops awellthought pipeline of new business opportunities for themonth.
  • Drives the contractformalization process with concerned internal teams for newbusiness and existingclients.
  • Manages a portfolio ofexisting clients; have an indepth understanding of assignedportfolio including individual value billing contract renewal andpotential for further business requirements of theclient.
  • Maintains strong clientrelationships with clients through periodic face to face meetingstelephone and email communication; actively seeks to increaseservices offered to theportfolio
  • Handles client invoicingand paymentcollections.
ClientServicing
  • Ensures accountrecords of each client are updated on an ongoing basis with allcurrent and relevant informationintact.
  • Responsible in resolvingclient complaints escalating to Sales and Operations Head only whennecessary.
  • Provides regular twowaycommunications between the client and internal teams to ably setand deliver client sexpectations.
AdditionalResponsibilities
  • In chargeof the overall profitability of theaccount.
  • Supplements personal salesefforts with other organized marketing activities e.g. productlaunches promotions advertising exhibitions andtelemarketing.
  • Liaises withMarketing in preparing specific promotionalmaterials.
  • Attends trade conferencesand exhibitions.
  • Monitors andreports to department management on market and competitoractivities and responds to information requirement from the latterin an efficient and timelymanner.
  • Gathers clientintelligence.
  • Builds referral andlead generation network.
  • Attendstrainings and develops relevant product knowledge techniques andskills.
