Columbia, United States BlueHalo Full time

Overview

At BlueHalo our analysts provide actionable intelligence. We quickly convert customer requirements into real hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical solutions in weeks, not years. With an organizational structure and design processes tailored to quick reaction, our process identifies risks that would prevent delivery and implements mitigation strategies to meet goals at mission speed.

Our team is expanding to do the big things that have never been done before – the things the nation and the world are counting on us to deliver. Join the transformation and help us make this impact now.

As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will support the development of Government Test and Evaluation (T&E) methodologies and systems integration to include strategy, master plans, test plans & procedures, test readiness reviews, and reporting. You will work with other organizations to support T&E program integration and provide specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, levels, maturity, and performance as assigned in the statement of work (SOW). You will develop tests against system requirements, interact and oversee other members of the technical staff, perform testing of electronic assemblies, systems, software, and networks. The ideal candidate must have the ability to perform functional and system analysis during test planning.

The Systems Integration & Test Engineer must comprehend the engineering process, from design to production, must be capable of technical management, and leading a test team involved in the verification phase of a project. The ideal candidate must adapt quickly to alternating priorities and requirement changes, with the ability to manage both while meeting deadlines. They need to be forward thinkers who have the ability to work independently, are self-motivated, and require minimal direction and/or supervision with a high probability of mission success. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently or as a project lead of up to 10 peers.

The Systems Integration & Test Engineer designs, sets up, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots multiple test environments. You will develop testing methodologies and protocols – implement approaches & practices to facilitate testing standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will perform, analyze, and verify resolutions to anomalies – determine system validity with measured behavior against system requirements.

If that sounds like you and you’re ready to make an impact now, not later, read on for the details and
