Day to Day:

  • You will work door to door to set the example for your team
  • Manage your teams daily & weekly goals
  • Interview & hire new representatives. Applicants are pre-scrubbed by the Tephra recruiting team prior to the interview process. 
  • Complete the closing process for pre-set appointments. 
  • You will be the driving force for your team. Support, Teach, and Conquer

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar industries such as: Solar, Alarms, Fiber/Internet, Pest Control, Roofing, Home Upgrades
  • Organized
