We are seeking an experienced and passionate Luxury Showroom Advisor to join our team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for luxury, a deep understanding of clean energy solutions, and a proven track record in high-end sales. This role involves engaging with affluent customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales of our premium clean energy home improvement products.


Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Engage affluent clientele visiting our showroom, providing personalized consultations and demonstrations of our superior solar products by creating excitement and desire around the product and brand.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, emphasizing the environmental and financial advantages.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' energy consumption patterns and lifestyle preferences.
  • Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to create custom solar solutions tailored to clients' specifications.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations, articulating the value proposition and return on investment of our solar systems.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
  • Achieve sales targets based on company goals, generate additional revenue through referrals, and actively network to grow clientele base.
  • Complete daily reports and sales tasks by the end of each day.
  • Use designated applications to manage various aspects of the role.
  • Demonstrate a teamwork mentality and professional disposition with each prospect, client, and employee.
  • Represent Sol-Up and our brand with professionalism, integrity, and passion.
  • Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Position Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, clean technology, or a home improvement service industry.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and self-discipline.
  • Understanding of, and passion for client experience, ability to build a genuine connection.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to communicate with the team and clients.
  • Proficient in using software and technology tools for daily functions.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and attendance according to work schedule.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to:

  • Lift or carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
  • Physically access all areas of the office with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
  • Ability for prolonged periods of time to sit, walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
  • Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, noise, dust, fragrance aromas.

Job Schedule: Full-time, at least 40 hours per week


Compensation: $12.00 per hour plus commissions, based on commission pay structure.

Estimated an average of $120,000 gross earnings per year*

*Based upon 48 closed transactions per year
