This dynamic person will be focused on recruiting top Care Professional talent through on-line posts, walk-ins and community networking. The REM is also responsible for managing the Care Professional team through one-on-one coaching and annual reviews. Responsibilities

Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable mannerDevelop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community, while identifying key recruitment sourcesSchedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional mannerFollowing the Home Instead Standards; conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle checks and drug screens on all Care ProfessionalsCreate and maintain all employment records including but not limited to Form I-9, W-4, etc.Develop engagement strategies to promote Care Professional retention and satisfactionSchedule and conduct Care Professional annual reviews and all supervision including regular performance conversations, accountabilities and problem resolutionWork in partnership with the Scheduling Department to coordinate Care Professional schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and extraordinary relationshipsMeet expectations with respect to critical metrics, such as Care Professional utilization, turnover, etc.Monitor, mediate and log all client and Care Professional activity utilizing the software systemHelp plan and successfully execute all Care Professional meetingsEnsure Care Professional availability optimization and utilization of Care Professional hoursAccountable for Care Professional tier management and trainingMonitor compliance for local and federal labor and safety laws including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and OSHADemonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, Care Professional, clients and family membersAdhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the teamMaintain regular attendance to execute job responsibilitiesAll other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
