Leasing Consultant

Elmington Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a critical role in supervising the leasing process, communicating with prospective and current residents, and managing the community's reputation.

• Reputation Management: Effectively manage the community's reputation through direct communication, marketing, and social media engagement.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, residents, vendors, and the market, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Lease Up and Traffic: Continuously seek ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Strategic Thinking: Think creatively and develop innovative solutions to improve business performance, exceeding expectations and driving results.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with all Affordable Programs regulations and other federal, state, and local requirements applicable to the property, managing administrative tasks and documentation.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience, with a focus on Lease Up and bilingual skills a plus.
• Skills: Professional verbal and written communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to present a professional image.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on continuing education and professional development.
