Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop scalable content and messaging frameworks that can drive advisor and leader adoption of the Purpose Driven Wealth Experience

Work with the Head of National Sales to develop new programs and materials that can help drive advisor effectiveness, skills

Lead the development and management the Tools & Technology Call for Truist Wealth

Partner with key business leaders across Truist Wealth, with a specific focus on investments, investment guidance, and overall adoption of investment strategies and tools

Collaborate with the Head of National Sales and the National Sales team to streamline a framework structure for the field.

Partner with the Head of National Sales to develop and deliver sales tools for field facing associates including playbooks, practical 1 pagers for greater adoption of tools, and overall messaging of our model

Lead the development and execution of a Digital 365 Hub that will house videos and just-in-time learning for advisors, leaders and teammates

Other duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of experience in Wealth Management (Interdisciplinary understanding of banking and brokerage operations, sales

and administration)

Minimum 10 years of experience working with Investment Leaders and Managers who are actively driving adoption of firm solutions and capabilities

Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent experience)

Strong Project Management Leadership Skills

Strong and demonstrated skill in the development of presentation materials including training curriculum, sales enablement tools, internal communications, programs, adoption strategies, and videos

Strong Proficiency in Design tools, Marketing tools

Strong Client Service and Consulting Skills

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and experience using Sales Force
