Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to join our Latin America team. As the Marketing Manager for Firehouse Subs and Tim Hortons you will work in partnership with our global, regional, and local teams to define & deliver the Product & Menu Strategy for the region. You will also lead the development of Communication Strategy for each market to accelerate awareness of the brands while maximizing efficiency. Key responsibilities:

Coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal partners (, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance) and work with external suppliers to bring products to market or resolve issues with existing products Implement Culinary Beliefs across the region, managing project planning and partnering with Franchisees and suppliers to build, adapt and approve menu Drive regional initiatives to maximize synergy between markets and optimize cost, on base products as well as new innovations Partner with Local Franchisees and Media Houses to come up with and execute the most effective communication & media strategy Influence important marketing decisions by making data-driven recommendations across all product categories Supports the analysis of promotions, marketing programs, and new product introductions and effectively measures their success

Travel:

Position will necessitate ad-hoc travel 50%+ to countries throughout the LAC region.

Requirements: 

Bachelor or major in Business Administration and/or Marketing, others acceptable if other requirements are met 3+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing/Innovation in a food manufacturing company, in the restaurant industry or in an FMCG company Strong knowledge of Consumer Marketing and Consumer Insights Strong comfort with proficiency in Analytics and creative problem-solving skills Prior experience of media planning, buying and optimization would be beneficial Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority and relate to franchise owners, team members, agencies, and everyone in between. Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail Strong written and oral presentation skills with ability to convey key messages in compelling way Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills You are a Food Lover: trying new menu, cooking, or eating are amongst your life passions Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment working on multiple and competing projects simultaneously, with a sense of urgency and thoughtfulness Entrepreneurial spirit with “it’s always Day 1” mindset Written and verbal proficiency within both English and Spanish languages are required
