Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations Equipment Optimization to join our team at 3129 Tim Hortons USA Inc. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for designing and optimizing the back of house operations to improve efficiencies, broaden our scope of potential offerings, minimize required maintenance, and lengthen the equipment life span.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment usage, reduce maintenance costs, and increase equipment lifespan.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors to develop and manage Requests for Proposal (RFP) processes to ensure the best equipment solutions for our restaurants.
  • Project Management: Oversee product and project management to ensure successful implementation of equipment solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in equipment or operations in the food service industry, with QSR experience preferred.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily in continental US and Canada, with occasional travel outside North America.
