Our Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Latin America team. As the Marketing Manager for Firehouse Subs and Tim Hortons, you will work closely with our global, regional, and local teams to develop and execute product and menu strategies for the region. You will also lead the development of communication strategies to drive brand awareness and maximize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance, to bring products to market and resolve issues with existing products.
- Implement culinary beliefs across the region, managing project planning and partnering with franchisees and suppliers to build, adapt, and approve menus.
- Drive regional initiatives to maximize synergy between markets and optimize costs, on base products as well as new innovations.
- Partner with local franchisees and media houses to develop and execute effective communication and media strategies.
- Influence important marketing decisions by making data-driven recommendations across all product categories.
- Support the analysis of promotions, marketing programs, and new product introductions, and effectively measure their success.
Travel:
The position will require frequent travel to countries throughout the LAC region, with a minimum of 50% travel time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer marketing/innovation in a food manufacturing company, restaurant industry, or FMCG company.
- Strong knowledge of consumer marketing and consumer insights.
- Strong comfort with analytics and creative problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in media planning, buying, and optimization is beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority and relate to franchise owners, team members, agencies, and others.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages in a compelling way.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- You are a food lover with a passion for trying new menu items, cooking, or eating.
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment working on multiple and competing projects simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a 'it's always Day 1' mindset.
- Written and verbal proficiency in both English and Spanish languages is required.
