Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with business unit leaders in developing and executing development and expansion strategy for long-term growth of the Popeyes brand Market the expansion opportunity externally and attract the highest quality prospective franchisees Build and lead financial models, outputs and scenarios for diligence and deal structuring Conduct due diligence on prospective franchisees, including in-person Discovery Days with prospective franchisees Negotiation of development agreements with prospective franchisees Liaise between Development, Franchising and Field teams to gather necessary insights to drive negotiations Develop and deliver presentations both internally and externally to executive level leadershipRequired Skills:
Undergraduate Bachelor's degree Years of experience 3-5 Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills Technical excel modeling and financial modeling for scenario and deal structuring Ability to collaborate with different departments to collect variety of data and structure pitch to potential franchisee partners Honesty, high integrity, personal accountability and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growth#popeyes
